What this site is

It is an informational site describing Nummiro, a personal finance tool whose offline iPhone app has been built and tested but not publicly distributed. You cannot download or create an account for it today. Planned financial features are not a promise that a feature will ship, ship in that form, or ship at all.

Nummiro is not a bank, a broker, a payment service, a money transmitter, a lender, an insurer, or a financial adviser, and it is not authorised or regulated as any of those. It does not hold, transfer, invest, or take custody of anyone’s money, and the current offline application does not connect to any bank or move any funds — it stores the records you enter yourself, on your own device.

The planned card is not a product yet

The site describes a planned Nummiro card, together with a planned cash-reload barcode and a planned Nummiro Reload Pack. To be unambiguous about their status:

• None of them exists. No card has been issued to anyone.
• No issuing bank, card network, card processor, cash-acceptance network or fulfilment partner has been selected or contracted.
• There is nothing to apply for, nothing to buy, and no list that grants access to any of them.
• Nothing on this site is an offer of a payment product, or an inducement to enter into one.

If a card is ever issued it would be issued by a regulated banking partner under that partner’s licence, subject to that partner’s own terms, its eligibility decisions and its identity checks — not ours. Any balance would be held by that partner. These terms would be rewritten, and the new terms published, before any such product became available.

Nothing here is financial advice

This is the most important section on the page, so it is stated plainly. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or do anything in particular with your money.

We make no forecast or promise about anyone’s financial outcomes. Nummiro is designed to help you see and organise money you already have — it does not predict markets, project returns, or tell you what to do. If you need advice about your circumstances, please speak to a qualified professional who can take those circumstances into account.

Illustrative content

Every number, chart, account, transaction, goal and interface screen shown on this site is illustrative sample data for a fictional household. None of it represents a real person, a real account, a real balance, or a real outcome, and none of it is typical of anything because there is nothing to be typical of yet.

The public figures are rendered examples rather than captures of a person’s data. The underlying iPhone interface has been implemented, but it may change before release.

The waitlist

The waitlist lets you ask for Nummiro launch updates. It does not create an account, reserve a place, or guarantee access. See theprivacy policy for how the email address is handled.

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Nummiro. It does not create an account, reserve a place, guarantee access by any particular date, or entitle you to any particular price or feature. We may close the waitlist, change the product, or decide not to launch. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
• place an unreasonable load on the infrastructure through automated requests, or circumvent rate limiting or other protections;
• copy the site’s design, code, or written content and present it as your own, or use it to imply that Nummiro endorses you;
• impersonate Nummiro, or use its name or mark in a way likely to mislead.

Reading the site, linking to it, quoting it with attribution, and viewing its source in your browser are all fine.

Intellectual property

The written content, design, illustrations, interface mockups and code of this site belong to us or are used with permission, except as noted below. The name "Nummiro" and the Nummiro mark are ours.

The typefaces used here — Inter and Fraunces — are third-party works used under the SIL Open Font License, and are the property of their respective authors. No stock photography, purchased assets, or third-party logos are used anywhere on this site.

Availability and changes

We do not promise that the site will be available at any particular time or without interruption, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice. We may also update these terms; the "last updated" date at the top of the page will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations that are not expressly set out in these terms, including any implied warranty that the site’s content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on any content on it — including business losses, lost profits, or lost data.
